Brief overview of your project (150 Words Max)

Stallion Discoveries has 8 projects covering over 78,000 hectares in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada, home to the highest grade Uranium deposits in the world. These are strategic project locations with 5 projects that cover over 67,000 ha in the prolific western side of the basin. Of those projects our single Coffer project stretches over 35,000 ha from Shea Creek (Orano/UEC) down to the northern end of Fission 3.0's (FUU) PLN project (recent high grade discovery hole of 59.5% U3O8), wraps around its eastern border and ends roughly 20km north of Nexgen Energy's (NXE) Arrow deposit.
Stallion's gold projects include Richmond Mountain which is just to the east of i-80 Gold's (IAU) Ruby Hill Project that has been seeing significant resource expansion as they drill out existing and new mineralized targets on top of the 7.6m oz resource already held. Stallion also holds the Horse Heaven Project located in central Idaho which shares its entire eastern border with Perpetua Resources (PPTA) Stibnite Gold Project which hosts over 6m oz's of gold.

What is unique about your project (150 - Words Max)

Stallion Discoveries has taken the last 2 years to put together multiple projects that are not only in the best mining jurisdictions for each respective resource, but are in two of the most compelling sectors of Uranium and Gold. Every project we have are in proximity to world class deposits and discoveries that are seeing incredible value appreciation. We aim to give ourselves the very best opportunity to make massive discoveries at every project we acquire and we have the team and advisors to drive the value from early exploration to discovery. Our advisors and key stakeholders have had tremendous success in the Athabasca Basin with Hathor Exploration and will leverage that experience to drive value for Stallion. Having key stakeholder commitment and access to capital allows Stallion a long term vision for significant value creation.

What highlights or announcements are you planning in the next 12 months? (150 - Words Max): We will be embarking on an airborne geophysical survey of our entire land package in the Athabasca Basin to find the conductors, to then focus on target areas as we look to define drill targets. On our Horse Heaven Gold project we are completing a drill permit that will allow us to drill in the summer. We will be advancing Richmond Mountain with a geophysical survey to build off the information learned from the large drill program at i-80's Ruby Hill. Stallion's projects all dictate further exploration and can each provide significant upside.
